I was able to ask any questions with prompt response, and excellent guidance from Brian and Ben. From the very first day of signing the contract until the day that I closed, the communication of what was happening and the timelines were always expertly handled. The designer with Encore was someone that quickly got to know me, and was able to guide and assist me with all my color and material choices, so that I stayed within a reasonable budget. I was also given the ability to add some unique character to my home, and really make it mine. It would be without hesitation that I would highly recommend Encore for any new home building project.
